He did not represent fully the costs of a 50 gallon water heater. After I signed a contact for a $33.00 per month payment for 10 years, and the reps had left, I ran the figures and realized I would be paying over $2,300 for 10 years for a water heater. I also noticed the water heater was leased, so I assume after 10 years I do not own the water heater. I immediately called the representative and cancelled the contract. I was told to download a cancellation page from the agreement and mail it to a Texas address. I took the cancellation notification to the post office the same day and spent almost $7.00 sending it registered mail, return receipt requested. The next day I decided to call the local Service Experts Office and cancel again as I wasn't sure my mailed cancellation would arrive within the three day business restriction. I told the young lady I talked to that I wanted to cancel and why, and I also told her that a big spot was in the street from their parked vehicle and had run down my driveway into a swale and left a large blochy spot. A gentleman called me back and I explained the situation. He said they never park their vehicles in the driveway and I told him that it was in the street but had run down from the street into my swale. I don't know if anyone came out to check it or not, but the street spot, long line and spot in the swale are snow white and look awful. I live in a very nice neighborhood, and it is very noticeable. I have been with your company for over 30 years and this is the first time something like this has happened."

I again said that no one will be there and that it is an exterior inspection only!!! Then I get a call from the technician that he is 20 minutes out. Then I get a second message saying that no one is at home. After all this I called and complained that no one is listening and paying attention to my instructions. I went over the entire debacle with a service consultant and she recommended I get an email of the report. She then said that she would email the report along with the invoice. I said, "NO", it is part of my annual maintenance contract. It is now 4 days later and I still don't have a report of the inspection. Looks like I need to look for a company that can actually follow simple instructions. Wouldn't you say?"

I called another company and they were out in an hour and repaired my AC. I signed up with their maintenance package and I want my maintenance package fully refunded by service experts."

I would normally probably understand this but it was not advisable for us to go stay anywhere else because of the covid-19 and it was a record-breaking temperatures. They finally did come out and fix it Monday and my husband slept all day long almost to the evening because it took so much out of him from being in the heat. He had talked to someone who is going to check with the general manager or whoever it is to see if they could run an emergency standing air conditioner but they never did get back with us and when my husband called again the other guy said you can't even get a hold of them until Monday. It's a poor policy and it could have ended up in tragic."

He said it was illegal to service an air conditioner with R-22 coolant and that if caught doing it, he would be fined $10,000. I have my own supply of R-22. He should have repaired any leak found and topped it off. The EPA says you can still do that. I'd like my $39 back since the correct maintenance was not performed."

He is the only person I ever want. If he quits you get one chance to impress me or I move. I use your company because he does an excellent job. The first guy left me feeling like your company raped me. Another thing is when I got called to make an appointment I was in a meeting and I asked the person to call me back in a half hour. They said they would, they did not. I believe I got a call two days later. Dont tell me your calling me back in a half hour if you dont plan to call me back. Say youll call me the next day or its not possible. But I timed it so I was in my car at the time which is free time until I get home and have a million things to do. I was waiting for that call. So again I got a call during work and decided to excuse myself instead of asking for and expecting a call when it would be convenient to me."
