Midland Air Service Experts was delighted to participate in the Midlands Ride for Kids a few weeks ago. This marks the second year that Midland Air has participated in this wonderful event that helps fund the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the primary nonprofit financing research into childhood brain tumors. The proceeds fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial help for families.
Midland Air Service Experts gave $1000 to this amazing cause and the nationwide event has collected $559,241.44. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been helping with the event since 2014 and her father’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually.
“My dad’s riding club gets involved every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for this incredible cause.” Check out Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The philanthropic motorcycle club may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts isn’t exactly a motorcycle group. “We just do it to help the kids,” said Rebecca.
