Sales Training
The sales training is comprised of:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes annually.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) different sales classes offered for General Managers semiannually, totaling 4 ½ training days, focusing on sales culture and day-to-day sales operation.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians includes:

  • Furnace and air conditioning tune-up procedural training in spring and fall
  • Carbon monoxide and heat exchanger inspection yearly
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ semiannually
  • Continuous NATE certification and specialty programs as required

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary training through the launch of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc courses to better offer a complete education to our technical staff.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Twice a year, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to offer support, resources, and structure for operating a business from the P&L perspective.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times annually, perform outbound calling over a one (1) day class. In this course we cover heating, ventilation, and air conditioning basics, why people buy, calling skills, scripts, customer purchase signs, and mastering customer objections.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes offered. Ongoing training given by the General Manager and relevant staff in the office.
